Shiloh Peplin was (Yes, I said was) the worlds last living mermaid. She was born with her legs fused together, and had 1 kidney up until she was 7 when she got a second one. She was recently in the hospital and her mother described her as "one tough cookie", because she had a cold that turned into pnuemia. She sadly died at age 10, and now Tiffany Yorks and another girl are the only other children with the 'Mermaid Disease'.
